At CarsClarity, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team at support@carsclarity.com to explain your concern or request a refund.
All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are granted only under specific, limited circumstances and must be requested within 7 days of the original purchase. Customers are eligible for one refund per transaction or subscription. We reserve the right to deny any request we determine, in our reasonable judgment, is made in bad faith.

Incorrect or incomplete report caused by a technical issue or internal error.
You were charged but did not receive any product or confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the required information was submitted correctly.

Customer error, such as providing an incorrect VIN or license plate number.
Failure to provide required information (e.g., submitting an order without a VIN or plate number).
Change of mind after receiving the report or realizing the report does not contain desired details.
Misunderstanding the service, such as expecting information not included in a typical vehicle history report.
Non-technical delivery delays, such as emails going to spam folders or delays caused by customer inaction.

Your full name
Order ID or transaction number
Billing details
A clear explanation of your issue
Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may delay or disqualify your refund request. If approved, refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your financial institution.
